Human Resources Manager

Global Tier One automotive manufacturer is seeking talented Human Resource professional to facilitate various HR functions, including:
Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring & On-boarding of new team members
Benefits and Policy administration
Manage in-house staffing firm
Succession planning & Morale
HR responsibility for 100+ permanent and/or temporary employees
Member of and HR SME to Executive Leadership team
The position offers competitive compensation, benefits and relocation assistance.

Ideal candidates will possess:
Bachelor Degree in HR, Business administration or similar disciplines
3-5 years of HR Management experience in a Manufacturing environment
Ability to work autonomously
Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
