Role Summary/Purpose
The Regional Tooling Manager III will oversee Tooling Operations across the region. This role is a direct interface, working with clients to facilitate growing the tool business and meeting customer requirements for their customer base. The Regional Tooling Manager III will build and lead the regional tooling team for field execution and fulfillment of field services for customers by managing the operation of the tooling facility, meeting financial and cost targets, and driving safety, quality, and productivity into the tooling business model.
Essential Function
Develop and execute strategy to meet business requirements and drive tool business growth in the region
Create, implement and execute best practices to ensure compliance with customs requirements
Work with Service Directors to establish tooling requirements of projects
Manage workflow and quality of work performed by the Tooling Facility Manager and Tooling Logistics Manager with consultation from the Tooling Director
Manage the tooling facility cost and financial responsibilities, including inventory analysis, accounts receivable, invoice review, and Operating Plan targets
Operate within the service agreements defined with the client in accordance with the DOA
Ensure continuous client contact to assess long-term staffing needs and assist with recruiting and hiring prospective employees
Support the IT and sourcing departments to perform the required procurement and establish the IT process
Work closely with the clients to successfully accommodate all business needs
Review tool mobilization data, employee feedback, and weekly reports
Assist with HR and regional compliance issues, employee safety issues, time and expense review/approval, company initiatives, and other office related activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in related field with minimum 5+ years site management or project management experience; additional years of experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or sales and project management experience
6+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
Field engineering experience will be considered a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
